LOL! This cel is too funny!
I love Shampoo's super-deformed face in this shot! I believe this comes from her very 1st appearance in Ranma 1/2 when she chases down Ranma-girl to the Tenjou-dojo but accidentally drops a bonburry weapon on her head.
