I saw this up for auction and fell in love with it! I think the bg had alot to do with it! Its just oozing with cuteness.
I knew it had to be from a Ranma special of some sorts, either a commercial or maybe even a small hanken. I was really tickled to find out it was a Music video cel since they are so rare and sought after by japanese Ranma collectors.
