A neat book cel of Neko-Shampoo from the "Big Trouble in Nekoron China" movie! ^_^
This happens right after Akane gets jealous seeing Shampoo snuggling Ranma and in a fit she throws cold water at them. Of course, Ranma-chan freaks out about the cat transformation and lunges kitty Shampy into the air LMAO!
